Review of Colourpop Garden Variety Palette

Many makeup brands have been going crazy with so many new makeup release and today I'm giving my quick opinion on the newish Colourpop Garden Variety palette. Since this palette released a few weeks ago, Colourpop has already released two other collections, so I'm a little behind, but I wanted to share my opinion on the Garden Variety palette since I actually bought this palette myself and wanted to review it.

So let's get into my opinion and quick review:

First some....

Basic Information:
Price - $20
Pans - 15 eyeshadows
Formulas - mattes, metallics, and Colourpop's super shock formula
Net Weight - 17g (.6 oz)
Shades: neutrals, oranges, corals, golds, purples, greens, and browns

My Opinion:

Quality - The quality is the usual quality for Colourpop. Colourpop is one of my favorite brands and has a very good formula. On top of being affordable, they also have a very good formula. This palette is no exception, it has a good formula and I had no issues blending the shadows.

Color Story - In my opinion, this color story is not very unique. I probably have these same colors over and over in my collection. Still, the colors pair well together and you can create beautiful looks with these particular colors.

Uniqueness - Again, I don't think this color story is very unique. It's been done before. What I can say is very unique is the packaging. The packaging is unique.

Packaging - The packaging in this collection is absolutely gorgeous!

Worth it - I would say if you don't have these colors already then this palette is worth it!

Overall:

Overall I did like this palette. It was easy to use. The mattes blended nicely. The metallics were beautiful, and I love the super shock shadows overall. I would say this palette is nice but I don't necessarily think you need to rush out and buy this palette. It is not super unique but it's a nice palette.

That's all for now!

Teaching During A World-Wide Pandemic

Hello! So today I just wanted to come on here and write about how teaching is going so far, as I've been back to work for a few weeks now and teaching digitally, as well as in-person. Firstly, let me give some background. At my particular school and in my particular county we were expected to be all digital this year, but that quickly changed when it was announced that students could have the option to come back into the school. Of course, this arose to many different feels, opinions, fears, and worries from teachers and parents alike. In the end, at my school, our students have the option to learn digitally or to come in-person and we have about a 50/50 split as of right now.  My position is also uniquely different at the elementary level since I teach Spanish and it's a connection class. So, I teach every student in the school. I a group of classes grades K-5 for 45 minutes for a week, and them they rotate and I see the next group. As you can imagine, that's even scarier

My Favorite Horror Franchise

Hey, Hey! So today we are heading back to horror themes for my post today. I'm going to be talking about and ranking my favorite horror franchise ever. I absolutely love.... the Nightmare on Elm street/Freddy horror franchise! Overall, I enjoy watching Nightmare on Elm street and the sequels because I really enjoy Freddy Kreuger. Freddy is my favorite villain because he's scary as hell, but he also delivers with the dark humor and Robert Englund has done an awesome job portraying him for so many years. He has become such an iconic villain and I really think the nightmare franchise is such a unique and smart concept. A serial killer who kills teens in their dreams, It's brilliant and Wes Craven created a masterpiece. Well, not that we have that out of the way. Now I'm going to rank the films in order. Now obviously every film in a franchise is not going to be great. Some will obviously be better films than others. That holds true for this franchise as well. Altho
