Review of Colourpop Garden Variety Palette

Many makeup brands have been going crazy with so many new makeup release and today I'm giving my quick opinion on the newish Colourpop Garden Variety palette. Since this palette released a few weeks ago, Colourpop has already released two other collections, so I'm a little behind, but I wanted to share my opinion on the Garden Variety palette since I actually bought this palette myself and wanted to review it.

So let's get into my opinion and quick review:

First some....

Basic Information:
Price - $20
Pans - 15 eyeshadows
Formulas - mattes, metallics, and Colourpop's super shock formula
Net Weight - 17g (.6 oz)
Shades: neutrals, oranges, corals, golds, purples, greens, and browns

My Opinion:

Quality - The quality is the usual quality for Colourpop. Colourpop is one of my favorite brands and has a very good formula. On top of being affordable, they also have a very good formula. This palette is no exception, it has a good formula and I had no issues blending the shadows.

Color Story - In my opinion, this color story is not very unique. I probably have these same colors over and over in my collection. Still, the colors pair well together and you can create beautiful looks with these particular colors.

Uniqueness - Again, I don't think this color story is very unique. It's been done before. What I can say is very unique is the packaging. The packaging is unique.

Packaging - The packaging in this collection is absolutely gorgeous!

Worth it - I would say if you don't have these colors already then this palette is worth it!

Overall:

Overall I did like this palette. It was easy to use. The mattes blended nicely. The metallics were beautiful, and I love the super shock shadows overall. I would say this palette is nice but I don't necessarily think you need to rush out and buy this palette. It is not super unique but it's a nice palette.

That's all for now!

Million Yen Women - Japanese Drama Review

Hey!

In this post I'm going to be reviewing a Japanese Drama called Million Yen Women, that I watched on Netflix. First a little background. One of my favorite things to do is watch TV. I love finding a good show and binge watching. I started watching Asian dramas my sophomore year of college and since then I've been hooked. I've watched dramas from Korea, Japan, China, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, Pakistan, Philippines, and India. Now I don't exclusively like shows from these Asian countries, I still watch American shows as well, but I do find myself binge watching these more often because they are usually one season with anywhere between 10-30 episodes. Short and to the point. Now there are shows that are longer but generally that is the episode range. In addition, I also watch telenovelas occasionally, but let's save that for another post. Through my blog I want to review and recommend some TV shows that I truly enjoyed and I hope you will too!

Anyway lets get on …

Ways Teachers Can Handle Stress!

As a teacher that is in my second (and a half) year of teaching, I can attest to the very true fact that teaching is not only difficult, it is also very stressful. Many may not understand, or may think that teachers just complain, but the truth is that teachers work really hard, long hours, and they often neglect their own health or families to make sure students have everything they need. Now this isn't going to be every teacher but most teachers I've met and worked with so far are very dedicated and work to give their students the best.

So...

That being said, how can teachers relieve some of the stress that comes with the pressure to provide the best for students. Here are some tips that hopefully can help someone, including myself. I need to take my own advice, because this being only my second (and a half) year of teaching, I already feel worn out and I had a health scare not to long ago. Teachers everywhere, please remember to take some time for yourself and relieve some …

A Spanish Teachers Top 10 Kpop groups (Male)

So today I wanted to write about my top 10 favorite KPOP male groups. Quick background, I got into Kpop about 3 1/2 years ago and I got hooked from watching Kdramas, (or Korean Drama shows). So if you're a Kpop fan, a casual listener, or maybe you've never even listened to Kpop, this list is just to introduce my favorites. Maybe you'll be persuaded to give some of these groups a listen. Okay, let's get started.

Now this list is going to be going from 10 to 1. I love all these groups and think they are all amazing but the number one spot is going to be reserved from my ultimate bias group. I will write a bit about why I put these groups on my list.
10. Pentagon
I don't know why it took me so long to start stanning Pentagon, but they definitely deserve more love and recognition. They have some great songs.
9. Monsta X Monsta X is a group I just recently started listening to and I have to say they really are an amazing group.
8. Seventeen Seventeen is one of those g…
